Dr. Chow is a native of Vancouver. After graduating from the University of British Columbia, he moved out east to obtain his optometry degree from the University of Waterloo in Ontario. His optometric training also included treatment and management of ocular disease during an internship in the United States. Dr. Chow practiced throughout the Lower Mainland (Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Richmond, and  Surrey)  before  deciding  to establish his own practice in the Tri-Cities. His professional interests include children’s vision, binocular vision therapy, contact lenses, surgical and non-surgical vision correction with laser surgery and accelerated orthokeratology (AOK). With advances and new technologies in eye health, Dr. Chow keeps pace with the latest developments in the treatment and management of ocular disease (cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, retinal detachment, etc…). Dr. Chow is a member of the BC and the Canadian Association of Optometrists. Dr. Chow is Canadian Board certified in the treatment and management of ocular diseases.
